Hey everyone,

As gambling/casinos/slots streamer I'm looking for best solution how to set-up taxes + residency & company.

Right now I'm living in eu country and I've seen most other streamers are moving to malta because of gambling law + 0-5% tax(cyprus llc).

Any tips with best setup? I don't have problem also living in other countries if you have any better idea.

As for payments casinos usually pay in crypto or give raw balance to play on stream and you cashout what's left.

Thanks

Many companies move to Malta to have a GAMBLING LICENSE at lower costs and less hassle and to be able to operate within the EU. As a gambling/casinos/slots streamer I don't think you need the aforementioned license (you're just a streamer). Furthermore, since you would receive more crypto as payment, you could evaluate much more interesting jurisdictions (maybe you wouldn't even need a bank account?).

But apart from all this, if you really want Malta remains one of the best choices in the EU.
Consider that to have 5% you will have to open a total of 3 companies. 2 Maltese and a foreign holding. So consider costs, hassles, and an ecosystem that tries to extort money from you whenever it can (Southern Italian school).

ps: Try to choose an area that is not too "hot" in terms of construction and building sites, otherwise you spend your life breathing dust. (demolishing and building houses is the main passion there).

Live in any tax-friendly country and invoice as a marketer. If you’re keeping the leftover balance from a stream, treat that amount as payment for promotional services and create your invoice accordingly. No need for complex structures.
