Foreign Exchange Dealers?

Suppose I want to start a Foreign Exchange Dealer service in Cyprus, What should I do for that? Do I need any Capital or regulatory approval to act as a forex dealer?

First , you have to get registered in Cyprus as an offshore company. to deal in Forex exchange, you need exclusive permission from "Central Bank of Cyprus", the highest regulatory body in Cyprus.
