I read the news and I see that the governments of Spain, Italy, France and the USA distribute helicopter money to everyone. They said they will not increase the taxes. They should have added "for now". I am convinced that in the future, they will increase the taxes related to business because they will try to preserve their reputation for the elections.
It will be legitimate to have an offshore solution. The French, Spanish and Italian governments have decided to back up the big companies that are too-big-to-fail. For example, in France, The government lent Air France 7 billions euros.

People in France, Spain, Italy should withdraw their money from their banks now. Those countries may block someday the bank transfers. I think they will do everything in their power to avoid taxing savings and life insurance because those heavy spending politicians want to be re-elected. Those people of south of Europe are all socialists. They will target businesses as soon as the economy will re-start by pretending that it is "for the cause" because of "the covid 19 crisis". It is fallacious reason. I already know that the Netherlands and Germany will better recover than Spain and Italy.

However, the reason of these tax hikes are more related to their poor money management.

The listed countries are not the only that are doing it, there are even countries that discuss a COVID-19 TAX once everything is normal again!
