I'm Lecso from the UK and currently working on a new idea for which I will need a new company to set up. As this project won't involve offices or warehouses I thought why couldn't it be anywhere in the world (or at least in EU initially), so I started my research. Turned out it's quite different now than what it was a few years back and I ran into many contradictional information, guess due to the outdated info left on different website.
I tried seeking professional advice, but either theire price was measured in gold, or I was told however they could open a copmany for me wherever I want, but they wouldn't give me advice at all, which sounded strange.
And that's when I found this forum
My goal here is to find out what the best option would be for me for my situation.
