No surprises I guess, just that USA has/will/trying to become the biggest offshore center in the world, while threatening everyone else with sanctions if they don't comply to US requests, so they can suck as much offshore capital to USA, while policing everyone.

As long as they are the Apex preditor they can do this, in the coming years US hegemony will collapse and we will see a new world order.
