Hello. I was wondering if someone has experience in dealing with fiduciaria services in Italy. As far as i understood it (very vaguely) it's a kind of mix of nominee shareholder/director and also secretary company which will appear on Italy public company register (which includes shareholders), rights and liabilities of fiduciaria services are established by local law. Is that correct? How is it different from trust?

sorry to reopen this old thread, but does someone actually know what it takes to setup a company in Italy as well as know a good accounting firm?
