I managed to set up a fiat-to-crypto channel on Blindpay with a 2% fee rate, but unfortunately, my account was frozen after just a few weeks. I believe it was likely due to the source of my funds.

I'm just curious—no one on OCT has ever mentioned them.

P.S. I'm looking for partners in South America who can accept funds from super high-risk businesses.

I previously used a Brazilian company. From what I understand (though their policies are constantly being updated), their main coverage is across the Americas. You can check their official documentation for more details.
