As @CaptK says, more information will be needed to answer your query properly. meanwhile some of the fastest locations for company formation are Belize, Delaware, Marshall Islands, Seychelles and Nevis. Most can be completed within 1 day and at most 2 days. All of these locations are quite straight forward in terms of document requirements etc with nothing unusual being needed.
