I am thinking and brainstorming, maybe you could help me:
Assumption:
You have a several bitcoins or cash on kraken
A lot of countries have speculation tax on bitcoin of ca. 25% if you sell befor and not hodl for at least one year.
So any possibility to "fake" the transcript of the whole transactions etc in order to give this record to your tax institution, to prove or to get bitcoin cashout tax free on your personal account?
For example faking that you bought cheap 5BTC in 2009 and now cash out 30k or similar
I know its funny, but maybe there is a solution somewhere out there, that at least goes a little bit in this direction
