Hello,

I used Epayments for long for receiving USD transfers, but last months they disabled USD transfer and allow only EU.

Can you reccomend me some alternative? I tried to make account on Revolut, but its only for residents of the European Economic Area.

Would appriciate any kind of help. I need it to receive affiliate commisions.

Have you looked into Transferwise? They get great reviews here on the forum.

Please don't forget that Transferwise don't provide Debit Cards for Non EEA residents.

You have the following options I have already tested working well outside EEA (2,5-5k$ daily ATM limit):

-Payoneer (downside: 1% fee for incoming USD transfers, lot of restrictions, the money need to come from a company without connections to you, EUR transfers no restrictions and no fees but FX fee up to 3.5% withdrawing in USD from EUR balance. Cards available in USD,EUR, GBP)
-Paxum (downside: card needs 6-8 months to arrive, min 50$ fee for USD incoming and outgoing)

Everything else is gone over the last months. There are still more emi's providing you service outside EEA but don't issue any cards.

Thank you for reminder, i completely forgot about Payoneer

Doesn't Payoneer require invite or something in order to open an account?
For sure not it‘s the most common freelancer MasterCard worldwide. All the Pakistan and Bangladesh people walk around with their payoneer Mastercard. Better, 3rd world country User get payoneer Mastercard for free.

That’s exactly the reason why Wirecard makes more profits then everybody else.

I forget about Euro Pacific Bank, they also issue MasterCards in USD and EUR. But not sure if only for EEA countries. Will check this.

To get USD MasterCard outside EEA is meanwhile a real pain in the butt.

Why WireCard now?

Payoneer accounts can only be obtained using a reseller you can't signup directly with Payoneer?

Wirecard issue the MasterCards for payoneer and maintain their EUR balance. Same thing with Paxum, Paxumbank and Paydek.

Paxum allow adult business and that’s why you can see in the media that Wirecard is called dealing with P**N & gambling and other suspicious business.

I can’t tell you if wirecard took them over but for sure they have big business together.

As already mentioned here in the forum. If Wirecard stops this operations the last unicorn is gone and their is literally no opportunity anymore to get cards and accounts outside EEA with an EMI.

You may have a look at Paxum website, scroll down

It says, Paxum Prepaid MasterCard for European clients is issued by WIRECARD CARD SOLUTIONS LTD !

6-8 months to receive Paxum? Is there a way to pay for DHL for faster shipping?

Yes they have 95$ Express Shipping but this is already the 6 month shipping time :D

Without 95$ Shipping it can take double the time.

Some guys have luck and it take only 3-4 months.

At the end of the day it's worth it because you can withdraw daily 2,5k$ worldwide without any blocked cards. I already did 75k$ ATM / month withdraw in Thailand, working very well

6 - 8 month for shipping a simple debit card from WireCard Germany! What are they doing with this card, they send someone to walk to India or Pakistan to deliver the card?

Hi. I am looking to start using epayments but was unsure if they accept other ingoing/outgoing currency then EUR as I've seen on their website some contradictory information. I am currently in the process of verifying my account so I can't check everything for myself.

I figured you can still receive money in every other currency but it will be converted to USD and added to your USD balance as specified on their website. Is that true or can you only receive EUR denominated wires? For example, they say:

Bank transfers can be received in EUR* or RUB. If the transfer is received in any other currency, we will convert it to USD according to the bank’s exchange rate on the day the transfer is received.

but going further down the same text you can read this:
What should be taken into account when using this service?
  • you cannot receive an international (SWIFT) transfer on your personal IBAN
  • the sending of money must be carried out via the SEPA system
  • the transfer can only be in EUR
  • the sending country must be in the SEPA-zone

Another regarding the card usage it also has limitations as it works like a prepaid debit card which you top off with your e-wallet only and IfI understood this correct you can't for example withdraw money from PayPal on your epayments card?
You cannot load your ePayments card via special terminals or through direct transfers by using your card number (for instance, from another system)
