ePayments allows receiving and sending in RUB (including directly from/to Russian banks). The RUB one is a shared account though (recipient is ePayments) . If you receive in EUR they offer a private IBAN (sending RUB to the private IBAN will automatically convert it to EUR).

I think it's been discussed in a different thread that they ended up being a scam.great example on why we need to pay attention to each EMI we want to use. This one, the website is not working, wonder what is going on there!!!
