EMI with local TRY account

Hello there,

Can anyone recommend EMI with personal multi currency accounts support, which offers 'local' TRY account (starting with TR ...) and which offers competitive exchange from TRY to EUR.

I used WISE and it was perfect for my needs, however for some reason it had stopped providing exchange from TRY to EUR since the beginning of May.
