Emi that accept transfer to crypto exchange?

I am looking for an Emi or online bank that accept transfer to crypto exchange for non eu residents or non USA resident

Spectrocoin and Bankera are at least one of them. We had this before in other threads

Make sure also the bank/EMI also accepts transfer from Crypto Exchange back to the bank.
