i am looking for some EMI that offers Visa debit card than can succesfully be added to Paypal so i could withdraw money from PP. I live in non EU country (EEA?). I could say i live in 2 countries, Serbia and Kosovo (why 2, google it). So EMI must allow to send card in that country (preferable Serbia).
I opened few days ago account at Leupay, passed video verification process, but still waiting for them to verificate my account. I read something bad about Leupay, something they dont like Paypal, closing accounts, and something like that.
I would withdraw, hmm, maybe around 500e every month, approximately. I read Leupay dont make problems with less amounts of money, but still, i dont want to transfer 500e and get blocked.
So i am searching for EMI that will allow me withdrawing money from Paypal (lets say max 1000e per month, but its more about 500e) without asking too much. Because cant really make proof of my source income,
its not legal 100% (its something like crypto, but its not, main word: iptv).
I could easily open a bank account in my country, get a card and withdraw from PP directly, but i dont want to have any contacts with bank (paying tax, cant make a proof of source income).
Maybe Leupay will work with no problems, buy i am asking, maybe someone know some service better.
