The latest round of sanctions from EU prohibit taking deposits over 100,000 EUR from Russian persons (unless they have EU/EEA residence permit). So your chances are probably zero within EU right now, unless you find someone willing to evade sanctions or try to interpret the sanctions in a very loose way.

You have no chance of getting Wise to change their mind. They are simply following the law.

You could try non-EU options like Statrys, Airwallex, and Currenxie but I'm not sure what your chances are there either. Collect&Pay in Kazakhstan might be your only viable option.

I can confirm, no-show for russians with Statrys, Airwallex and Currenxie.

Local UAE banks - in AED only - work like a charm - so the Russian downside in Dubai is actually 2% FX which is awesome if you look at your other options actually.

what do you mean "no-show"? "no-show" is used when a person doesn't show up, in a hotel, for instance.

for russians, or for russian residents?
Russians and/or Russian Residents are blacklisted by the above mentioned EMI's.

Go with the Dubai Setup we provide everything else won't let to success.

Look at all the Lithuanian based EMI which just out of history stand with Ukraine and making some political show out of it - for sure they don't approve anything with Russia passport and/or resident.

They even don't approve Ukraine passport holder most of them time but it's fancy having a Ukraine flag on the website currently.

The other big EMI's aka Wise, Revolut etc. are just following the EU rules and don't want to have any headache for the few EUR cents they are charging.

Russians have to build there financial life actually on non-western Banks with processing in non-western currencies like AED/SAR.

Onboarded just recently some big companies that way - working like a charm.
