EMI for Seychelles

Is there still an EMI in 2019/2020 which opens (EUR) accounts for Seychelles IBCs owned by EU residents?

I’d like to know this too.... I had a thought that TransferWise might still offer this

Have you checked with TransferWise? they accept Seychelles corps. so I can't see why they can't offer you a EUR account.
