EMI Account for a Netherlands Company, with a Netherlands Foundation as 100% shareholder

We have a client, a Netherland company, where the only shareholder is a Netherlands Foundation. There are 3 people as UBOs of the Foundation. Any advice where to get an EMI Account ?
