Both non resident UK Llp
And
non resident U.S LLC gets constantly rejected by payment gateways. Tried with VPN service and translation services.

Seems that one of the biggest problems is the non resident part, they don't like it when company owner is not in the same country as the company, let alone not from U.S or EU.

Any suggestion on how to get accepted more easily maybe by using a business type they do like?

you made no mention of the specific services/items requiring processing.

in lieu to your scenario, align towards products/services with lesser known complications, headaches to processors as during the onboarding process, merchant review teams give considerations to the above.

from a general perspective look into processors, with less jurisdictional restrictions ie 2checkout,Adyen and build up on that.

entity docs and certs from non US/EU jursidictions as these hold a less palatable taste during onboarding with processors. ie Malaysia,UAE,singapore would avert your current situation.

commonly acceptable biz types
1.one on one consultations.
2.educational materials.
3.gym equipments.
4.pet accessories.
5. Market place

point of note, previous processing history might be requested or an outright range of monthly sales which should be within an acceptable threshold..ie 500€-1800€ monthly for beginners for successful onboarding..

How is using a business they do like gonna help with non-resident part? conf/(%

Using a VPN makes problems worse. Companies can detect VPN's and makes you look shady.

your website and your business setup is important, usually a UK LTD is not the problem for the payment processor. The website is. You may check how to comply to PCI self certificate and follow the steps, now you will be able to get approved.
