Corner misinterpreted the sanctions from VIsa/Master and were led from an info that Russian citizens would circumvent sanctions with the Visa cards issued by Dukascopy.
If you guys read the report on their website carefully its becoming clear they Corner has misinterpreted the situ. The so-called fake news on the Ucrainian webpage stated this story but this is not the target originally intended from the US/EWR sanctions...

they replace the card provider with a new one in the hope it will last longer. We have seen that with Mister Tango and AdvCash so with Xapo in the past.
