My first experience with Payoneer has been very bad.
I made a test by receiving a first small payment from one an acquirers of our payment processor in the EUR dedicated IBAN of Payoneer.
The payment has been rejected by Payoneer without any explanation, and now the refund cannot be located because it has been made in the name of Payoneer and not from the account to which the initial payment was sent (IBAN dedicated).
The support is disastrous, there are really no indications of who or not can receive transactions. I don't think I will use this service again.
Or does it work well only to receive payments from affiliated companies in Payoneer?
Thanks Elve. Your experience does indeed seem poor. I'm sure within the Payoneer ecosystem all is ok, but wonder if others have experience making and receiving payments from other sources..
