Both have their LEI codes, will apply for a new EIN for you, address paid for, have not conducted any operations. One is ready to go live with a BaaS solution upon the new client's purchase and identification (more on this privately, if you are interested); this one also passed the Canadian FINTRAC pre-approval process so it would be able to register as one in Canada somewhat quickly, if there is a need for such.
The AML policies, customer ToS, custom designed website will all be included. Filing the applicable documents with FinCEN for when the business opens its firm client funds account and if there any changes to activities are included.
