Hi,
1) Which of the above 3 require the least amount of annual recurring paperwork eg annual filings or filings due to sales etc.
2) Delaware LLC has a annual tax of 300 USD while Wyoming seems to have none, only 50 USD annual filing fees. Why is Delaware more popular than Wyoming then?
Though there seems to be a sales tax in Wyoming "The state of Wyoming charges a 4% sales tax. Additionally, counties may charge up to an additional 2% sales tax." from the below webpage:
https://www.llcuniversity.com/wyoming-llc/taxes/
3) Which one out of the 3 would be a more clear-cut, zero or very minimal fine print option. For eg. Info on Wyoming from the above page seems to say " Additional Taxes in Wyoming
This information on this page is not all-inclusive.". This to me indirectly sounds like there can be some nasty surprise years down the line stating "your business is a special case and will be taxed yada yada amount cause of so and so fine print".
Effectively what I am asking is: which out of the 3 has more straightforward, no fine print tax rules?
Thanks
