Delaware LLC tax filing - please advise

Hi everybody

I formed a Delaware single-owned LLC (non-resident) last year.

When do I need to file do the tax filing? Can it be done online? I've contacted a few guys on fiver and also someone else, and all of them telling me different things, so I am quite confused!

Please advise.

Our startup didn't launch yet so we didn't make any sales yet.

I'm pretty sure you will need to file 5472 form because you are non-resident alien owning LLC? You have to file it by April 15th this year for the tax year of January-December last year. You might be able to get an extension for late filling, but I'm not sure how it works. It seems that if you don't file 5472 in the next 9 days you could be subject to a hefty fine of $25,000.
