I am a non resident alien and looking forward to forming a Delaware C Corp. A few questions -

1. Can I pay myself a salary and declare that as expense in C Corp? If yes, will I be required to show that the C Corp is paying payroll taxes in my home country?
2. Do I need to go through payroll service or how to do DIY?
3. I have a company in my country. Can I pay that management company and show that as expense in C Corp?

Why a Corporation and not the LLC?

As the company is supposed to raise VC funding and most of the investors I talked with said they will be interested once we are a Delaware C Corp.

EDIT:

Just saw the link on your signature. Specifically for following reasons -

  1. you are looking to seek angel or VC investments in the United States
  2. you have a US person as one of the members of the LLC
  3. you intend to issue Stock Options to your employees

Yes, Delaware Corp would be more apt in this case. To employ yourself, its better to go to PEO services like remote.com to employ you in your country. Alternatively, you could also bill the US company for management services from your home country company.
Also pay attention to the 83(b) election issue if you are vesting your stocks.
