Anyone know if the DAC8/CARF regulation will include the "phone number indica" provisions like with AEOI/CRS ?

I'm talking about this :

(c) one or more telephone numbers in a Reportable Jurisdiction and no telephone number in the jurisdiction of the Reporting Financial Institution;

I asked ChatGPT, he told me that it won't be the case with DAC8/CARF, however I'm not sure if ChatGPT is knowledgeable enough regarding that

Bot have no phone number stuff but they rely on CRS. So, depending on the use case once there is a phone number in it, it will be within the scope.
