Cyprus offshore bank account with currency trading?

Need to know what kind of Visa Debit card it is for Bank of Piraeus and do they offer a currency exchnage platform?

I asked support directly they require a deposit twice the amount of credit!!! Looks like no go.

You may want to use a Visa/Mastercard Debit card which the bank issue without any problems
