Hi everyone,
I am currently looking at whether a Cyprus Company might fit my needs. As the offshore Cyprus companies will be a thing in the past soon, I am wondering how feasible it is.
I already own one webhosting company incorporated in the Seychelles for many years but want to open a new company for a new webhosting business.
Can a Cyprus company still be opened without any actual presence in Cyprus?
Webhosting is mostly automated and only requires 1-2 freelance staff mainly.
The biggest requirement we have is to be able to open a 2checkout account which means we need a bank account in the same location as the company itself.
We would go with a MOR 2checkout account so we don’t have to deal with any VAT etc ourselves.
I myself and my business partner both live in Thailand but have a European citizenship. We would leave profits in our private non thai bank accounts and always bring it in on 1st of January of the next year to Thailand.
Anyone know if this setup is feasible?
