Cyprus 60d residency

Hi,

I'm in the process of moving to Cyprus under the 60d residency with my partner.
She would "work" in my company and I'm wondering what the requirements are for the 60d residency.

Specifically, does she need a full time contract or is part time ok?
Everything I could find only states that she needs to be "employed" in Cyprus but it doesn't mention anything more specific.

She is working outside of Cyprus and a full time contract might interfere with her work there (her other employer might be unhappy, even if it doesn't impact her work).
She'd be employed as CTO for 1k EUR/m.
She's working full time (remote, flexible hours) outside of Cyprus.

How much is Cyprus tracking this.
Like, if she has a full time contract, are there any checks on whether she actually works full time and whether her salary is compatible with her position (if it's above min. wage)

I'm also a bit curious about this. In my specific case I'm EU citizen but my partner holds a colombian passport, so either she would need a pink slip or similar or I would potentially have her "work" for my company, although I don't really know much about the laws here so just throwing this out there if anyone knows the situation.
