ICE is now able to track transactions made through nearly a dozen different digital currencies, including Bitcoin, Ether, and Tether. Analytic features include “Multi-hop link Analysis for incoming and outgoing funds,” granting ICE insight into transfers of these currencies, as well as “Transaction demixing and shielded transaction analysis” aimed at thwarting methods some crypto users take to launder their funds or camouflage their transactions.

As long as they put all this in their terms and conditions and people accepted it I can't really say anything.

P.S Now people look forward to a CDBC coming to your country. The tracking capabilities there will be pretty good too ;).

It is just so funny to hear the ravings about blockchain forgetting to tell that recording all transactions on the chain could also have some bad consequences…. Like the people who donated to the truck drivers in Canada and not just their bank accounts but the crypto accounts were frozen…
