Crypto to real estate investment (not retail buy) jurisdictions? Bypassing banks

Unless you are willing to pay up to 5% fees. You won't get anything like that.

I personally buy real estate this way and often pay 4% fees
 
Interesting. At least in the two EU countries you mentioned, no notary was willing to use a crypto transaction as proof of payment and thus they refused to process the real estate transfer with crypto as payment.
Hence why you need to convert crypto to fiat. Little to few notary/lawyers will accept to sign a Crypto to crypto transaction. You must wire into the notary account and he unlocks the funds to the seller once the titles are transfered
 
On Bali there are some constructors who accept crypto bypassing banks
I know a few of those and finding it hard to trust them after doing some DD on them.
Also finding it hard to trust Bali/Indonesia.

So basically, yes, they are willing to accept crypto, but it is only because a big chunk of their clientele simply has no other payment options and nowhere else to go. (so it's a "win-win" for both sides in their opinion, in their positions; but not for me)
