Due to latest changes in MICA, DAC-8 I am in search for a crypto platform that has no current license in EU and therefor no legal obligation to make automatic reports or offer accounts to be indexed/searched by authorities.
I have figured that being an EU citizen I would be able to benefit for more privacy (while not 100% but still much more) using a platform which does not target EU and has no current EU license.
I will not store more funds than I am ready to lose (just a few k at a time) but prefer it to be somewhat legitimate with some years of trading history.
Cards (Visa/MC) to be offered by this platform should also not be issued by any EU based operator (most often Lithuania/Estonian), they can also be USD/other currency and I am ready to absorb also any FX fees by using that platform card in EU.
Probably asian or south american ones should be the focus. Does anyone have any suggestions of such platform ?
