Time waster and useless monkeys. Avoid if you don’t want to have your crypto frozen.

“We completely understand that you want a justification for the rejection of your account, however, sharing such information might place at risk of abuse. Due to this, we will not be able explain the rationale behind the rejection.

We take a systemic approach to fairly assess all user applications and, unfortunately, yours was rejected. At this time, we will not be able to provide any further details.”

The service itself sounds very cool and real useful, I will give it a try anyway to see how they may response to me.

First they approved the account, then they blocked and closed it.
Their T&Cs are titled “FROZEN TIME UNIPESSOAL”
Do you really want to send your precious crypto to such clownish company? While there are so many better alternatives out there…

A good alternative might be crypto.com's card. Has worked well for me and a friend of mine. Friend pushed ALOT through it and was never asked for SOF, nothing ever frozen. I've used crypto.com merchant gateway for accepting crypto from clients (client pays crypto i get euros wired to me by them), also never asked for any contracts or anything. Regular payments of 20-40k eur at once.

I've also experienced good support. In the past though, around 2020/2021. More recently it's been appalling. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but I did struggle for weeks.
