Hello, I have noticed that a growing number of European investors are buying real estate in the United Arab Emirates using a US LLC.
I would like to copy such a setup for investments in South America (preference), so my question is: where in South America is a US LLC legally capable of buying real estate?
In Germany for instance, a US company is equally allowed to acquire property if certain transparency conditions are met (regarding identification of the owners).
