UAE Corporate Tax: ‘Qualifying income’ at 0% revealed for free zone businesses

A strange “clarification” from the Ministry of Finance - any activity they want to be non-qualifying will be taxable just by them saying so? This way they can arbitrarily declare any activity in the FZZ to be taxable, abolishing the concept of zero-tax FZZ…
