Therefore, I am trying to find lawyers who can cooperate with me in terms of corporate matters (incorporation, liquidation of companies, corporate changes etc) and representation of the client before different authorities (tax offices, etc). Particularly, I am looking for Hungarian lawyers based in Budapest. If you are the one or can recommend me someone reliable I would be very grateful.
Also, I'd like to build the same type of cooperation in relation to UAE, Germany and Portugal.
