Looking for a reputed onshore low tax or no tax structure that provides privacy and banking options in reputed jurisdictions with no resident director requirement. Citizen of territorial tax country.
Looking at US, UK.
Also does anyone have any updates on the Corporate Transparency Bill introduced in U.S congress and if it would be passed, especially considering the current scenario.
Was considering Nevis LLC or Seychelles LLC, but heard things changed. Not considering Hong Kong or Singapore due to the Resident Director required and other compliance and no privacy.
Please also advise on what effect the OECD and EU black list or directive means for the traditional offshore destinations like the Caribbeans.
