I’m a tax resident of Cyprus, where I live for more than 183 days a year and own a house. I also have a company here, where I’m the director. The company operates completely online.
As you might know, if a company is managed from a country different from where it’s registered, it becomes a tax resident in that other country.
My question is: if I spend 2-3 months traveling in Spain, is there a chance my CY company could be considered a tax resident of Spain?
And are there similar risks in other EU countries?
Thanks!
