Hello,

I have been doing some research the past two weeks regarding my Company Structure for my new Adult business but never found the exact answer to my questions.

I am looking to open a company in Belize for holding funds and money made on the adult related sites and have an EU company registered to the payment processor which will handle all the purchases done onsite.

I need privacy and as less tax as possible.

From what I've read it seems best to open a company in Belize with nominee shareholders and directors for max privacy, have this company being the mother company. Then for the EU company create a company in Cyprus for handling payments. The EU company owned by the Belize company for max privacy and to easily move funds around.

The payment processor will hold the funds 7 days if there were to happen any charge-backs, all funds will be deposited in the Belize company. The EU company will just be stated on the customers receipt but not receive the actual funds

What is the best option here, should I have an both banks based off in Cyprus or a bank in Belize for the Belize company?

I would love discuss my options here and setup the perfect structure for my business and for the future, I will be more than happy to pay incentive for anyone who wanna help me out here.

Cheers

Do your proper research about CRS and AEIA. Even though you are anonymous on the corporations, you are still the Beneficiary owner of both bank accounts.

Cyprus/Belize banks might automatically tell the Scandinavian Revenue Agency you have bank accounts over there if they are part of CRS/AEIA agreements. Can't hide that unfortunately, you'll be taxed.

As already mentioned here, it's not possible to hide you from the tax auth. any longer. You want to make use of double tax treaties in Cyprus or other EU countries to minimize the corporate tax. But if tax evasion is almost impossible now a days!

If you're a resident in Sweden, then you might be able to structure something:

Entities formed/registered/incorporated outside of Sweden (foreign legal entities) are not considered resident in Sweden for income tax purposes, not even if their place of effective management is situated in Sweden.

I really appreciate your response guys!

Does that mean I have to tax my income to my resident country regardless? What If I dont even withdraw money to my resident country at all, would I still be obliged to tax my income to my resident country?

It seems I have to pay my personal income taxes to my resident country, but wont have to pay any corporate tax in Belize?

Yeah but most of my funds will be deposit to the Belize company meaning there wont be any corporate tax

You need access to the Mentor Group if you want to learn how to hide your identity and avoid taxes! This is not an easy task and for sure it's not going to be cheap.

Maybe you can come things closer in regards which Scandinavian country you are resident of?

Well, you can trust them as much as you can trust the offshore banks! No guarantees anyway. You may simply open several EMI's for the same company to split your money and the risk. Regardless of the situation then it has never been advisable to open the bank account in the same country as the company is setup.

If you follow / read some of the endless many threads on this forum then it was always say Belize company and cyprus bank account or Belize company and Mauritius bank account and so forth, never Belize and Belize!

Anyway, it seems there is no Belize bank left which will open accounts remote, I don't know any of them and have not seen any post where people posted this, maybe I have overseen it and some here will chim in and post about it if any. So for that reason I would simply look in a different direction or travel to Belize to see if you are able to open an account there.
