yup, i read that part too, doesn't sount too promissing. That is true, those that had lawsuits get the money before we do.But there is NOTHING a lawyer can do now..it is too late.We have to wait for the liquidator.
Elian: you read please.
. File a Schedule of Proposed Actions to be taken for the winding-up of Choice Bank Limited with the Central Bank of Belize and commence partial distribution (by 28 February 2019)
we need to find out what that means.yup, i read that part too, doesn't sount too promissing.
Сollect evidence, write claims, prepare a case for trial, search the ways for decision by researching practice and laws. A lot of things.
Your position like - a dental take out your tooth, and you say - oh put it back) But that's your way anyway.
My opinion - you need to do this in the process of liquidation, not after.
I believe that you are talking about direct accounts in Choice... not accounts through Firstchoicepay...the funniest thing is these pieces of sh*t don't let us get your money out, but are happy still charging me $50 of account service charges every month.
just total scam artists with no morals.

The announcement says "notify each person whose claim is allowed in full" and then "commence partial distribution (by 28 February 2019)" .So i'm guessing some people will get all their funds back and somepeople will get only a part of their money. It probably depends on how much money you had in your account. Hopefully we're all in the category of people with not a lot of money. Stay positive, it's not over yet, there's still hope.
