I see a lot of social media services using checkout.com, even the new ones, they are masking, how do i do the same?

Can you maybe explain? Do you mean what we usually discuss here as "PayPal cloacking"?

It's also possible that they got grandfathered in or made a special deal.

They never responded to me when I was trying to get in contact with them... Really annoying.

I do not know what your issues are, but I never had issues emailing with them. If you are looking for a solid business in a solid jurisdiction, with no chargeback, they normally take anybody.
