I am currently looking to open a holding company to own my assets (cash, stock, trademark i register).
Typically, what I want to do is to own nothing on my own name, have no income on my name, but typically have my holding to pay everything i need on its own name (car, house, meal etc...)
I am also planning to regsiter some trademark and I would prefer to have this under my holding and not under my name.
I am looking at the cheapest way to maintain this holding (no audit fees, no expensive registration, and no expensive maintenance cost).
What are the best option for reaching those target ?

You can do this simply by incorporating a Seychelles company which is EUR 750 ! You will get problems with local taxes if you by a car, house and meal since this is most often not considered to be business expenses. I'm sure you are aware of it.

In the Seychelles they wouldn't care about it.

Regardless if you have privacy or not.. forget about tax evasion it will not work with a Seychelles corp, nor with Belize, St. Kitts or any jurisdiction on this planet if you don't setup the operation anonymous which again will result in new problems!

Tax Evasion is something you want to avoid, tax reduction and tax optimizing is what you want to look into! If someone tell you to setup something on a low budget that will work for this purpose make sure you run now before you have to run from the tax office!

I am currently officially a resident from China, I own some companies in Hong Kong, but I could become resident from a european country (Spain or France for example). Asset are typically cash and stock which are at brokerage firm in Cyprus, USA, Germany and Australia, and share from my own companies which are in Hong Kong.
Other Assets such as car or house could be in European countries such as france and Spain or USA.

What I am willing to do is to be able to become a european or usa resident while not having to pay taxes. to do so, I was thinking that I could use the holding to pay my life... while my own person doesn't own anything and don't receive any income (no salary, no dividend).

Stocks and Bonds can be owned by an offshore company, but cars and real estate can be owned by an european company or Trust/Foundation.
The important thing is the analysis of your situation.

Why not Non-Dom Malta or Self Sufficient?

As mentioned here a few times ask a local CPA to help you if you don't want troubles! If you don't care and just run for cheap you want to incorporate a Seychelles corp (cheapest) and start registering your trademarks within the entity. You can move personal money from the corporate account to your own or do whatever you want no one will ever ask questions.

If your local tax office catch you, you are gone, done, finish and face huge fines and penalties!

i don't plan to move personnal money from the corporate account to my own, this is the opposite i want to do.
I don't think this is illegal to own a seychelles corp. What is illegal is probably to own a seychelles corp making profit, to get some dividend or salary of it on your own and not to declare those revenues. What I am rather planning to do is to not receiving anything => no revenues at all.... so i can not be taxed wherever I live...

Based on my reading, rich people don't own anything on their own name... they own shares in companies who own the assets... so they can also avoid taxes on transmission when there is heritage...
The goal is to make the company to own all.... and the individul to own nothing...
