Hello,

I'm currently tax resident in a country with a lot of taxes ( 35%) and a tax residency policy where you become tax resident if you spend more than 183 days / year, which i do.
I was talking with chatgpt to try to figure out if it was possible to become tax resident of another country without having to physically move.

He suggested the following:

CountryTax on Foreign Income? Can You Become a Tax Resident Remotely?Key Benefits
Panama❌ No tax on foreign income✅ Yes, with a bank deposit or investmentNo physical stay required, tax-friendly
UAE❌ No income tax at all✅ Yes, via company setup (Free Zone)No tax, easy setup, business-friendly
Paraguay❌ No tax on foreign income✅ Yes, via Permanent ResidencyLow cost, no physical stay needed
Georgia❌ No tax on foreign income✅ Yes, via Individual Entrepreneur status1% tax up to $155K, no stay needed
Malta❌ No tax on foreign income✅ Yes, via Global Residence ProgramEU access, tax-friendly structure

Sorry for the terrible table formatting, i cannot seem to be able to format it correctly.
So basically my question is, is that true ?

Can i pursue any of those options in those country without leaving where i am currently and switch my tax residency ?

He says paraguay and panama especially have Zero tax and NO visits required

Thank you for your time!
