Caroline Ellison Sentenced To Two Years In Prison, Ordered To Forfeit $11 Billion, For Role In Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX. Caroline Ellison, former Alameda Research CEO and star witness in the Sam Bankman-Fried prosecution, was sentenced to two years and ordered to forfeit $11 billion for her role in FTX's collapse. Judge Lewis Kaplan delivered a harsher sentence than the no-prison recommendation from federal probation, citing the need to deter future fraudsters. Ellison had cooperated extensively with authorities, providing critical evidence, which contributed to Bankman-Fried's conviction. Ellison, who expressed remorse in court, remains free on bail until her surrender in November.

This is by design! SBF will now explain to P. Diddy why he should get a proffer letter/agreement/Queen for a day and snitch his way into prosperity!

They KNOW P. Diddy is weak mentally, so they WILL target him. SBF has already been broken, and they are keeping him at the Detention Center instead of sending him off to prison. SBF is still working on his Rule 35(b) motion.

PS. No lawyer will disclose this sh1t to ANYONE! The government, being detached from reality, is more likely to "snitch" on themselves than anyone else. Why shouldn't they? Who is going to arrest them? They face NO retribution, except.... (Can't mention this....sorry)

I'd highly recommend watching the interview, though it appears to have been recorded before Ellison was sentenced. It is of course one man's perspective, but gives a lot of insight as to how things sometimes work. It's also educational to compare the length of his prison sentence despite *not* having been indicted for the fundamental fraud of FTX with Ellison's.
