Can someone pay your invoice with Wise and using his card?

Is it possible to use a credit card to pay a bill if the recipient has a Wise account? Or do both parties need to have a Wise account in order to use the Wise debit card for payments?

Also, can you set up recurring payments that are automatically paid every month or week if you set it up like that?

Wise is implementing getting paid by card for business accounts but there is a waiting list.

I see if you are in an EEA or UK country you can apply. I will try to check with their support if it is possible already. Would be nice as an alternative to traditional credit card processing.
