Can I stay Anonymous if I register a Cyprus company?

Will need to know how much privacy I get when registering a Cyprus company? I mean is it 100% anonymous or can the owner be looked up somewhere :S -confused:

If nominees are appointed i.e. Director and Shareholder then you can stay anonymous, it is not public available who owns the company!

That's good news. I will need Nominee director and shareholder or shareholder only? Does they need to be local or foreign nominees? - can they be corporate nominees?

To stay anonymous you will need both nominee shareholder and director and sure it can as well be a corporate entity.
