Can I get a PayPal account for Seychelles company?

I read here and there it is possible to open a PayPal account for a Seychelles company! But how do you withdraw the money from the account without a bank account in the Seychelles?

Would a stealth account be better since it costs only $30 so I could transfer money from this account to my offshore company PayPal account?

What offshore company can get PayPal account if not Seychelles?

It is going to be complicated with a Seychelles company because of the reason you already mentioned!

I would try to get a Belize bank account so a company there and see if PayPal will eat it. So far I'm testing something real new with an EMI account for a offshore corp. once I know more I will publish it somehow somewhere. will see soon.
