Hello!
Can a UK tax resident (who's also a bona-fide UK resident, with life and fulltime employment established in the UK) justify opening a company elsewhere for the purpose of having a mobile app business, publishing on Google Play and Apple App Store?
The work that goes into the company would take place from the UK so, as far as I remember, UK authorities could say that using a different jurisdiction with a significantly different taxation could be a non-justifiable workaround to UK corporate tax?
The country that was being considered was Estonia.
Many thanks
