BVI + Bank of Cyprus = respected enough?

We plan to organize remote education using live webinars on programming.

If I open a company at BVI, plus an account in Bank of Cyprus - is it good enough for companies in US/Europe to pay there?

I mean, may there be any problems/hesitation, because of such combination? Maybe I should choose another bank or jurisdiction...
