Business bank account in Lloyds International on Isle of Man

Is it possible to open a business bank account in Lloyds International on Isle of Man, for an offshore companies from other jurisdictions and non-residents (either UK nor Isle of Man). Has somebody managed it?

as i know from Lloyds they ask for Face-To-Face they don't open remotely.
