Hey everyone. I was recently placed in biz dev for an otc desk. Here's some details for context:
1. We're looking to do an avg. of $500k/day to $1m/day as consistent volume to begin(these are my KPIs LOL). However we can handle as large as $10m/day.
2. The desk is for the most profitable arbitrage trading hedge fund in Africa. As such they're able to offer the best USD rates on the continent.
3. Even moreso, we also have a licence to mint USDT directly through Tether, if the volume requires it.
4. Cash tx's of <$50k don't need KYC. However, at $50k+/day, KYC is necessary.
5. We're fully licensed with all relevant gov't entities & financial instituutions in the relevant countries on the contintent. E.g: SA, KE, etc
6. Ideal client: Anyone transacting large daily USD volume and is looking for the best USD rates on the African continent. The client doesn't necessarily have to be African, but the funds need to be in Africa. E.g: We recently facilitated a $10m/day tx with Chinese contractors that had cash on the continent.

Now, my question is, do you guys have any advice on sourcing potential client leadflow? Particularly systematically through any lowkey traffic strategies, online and/or offline.
A friend of mine suggested to me this forum because he says you guys are sharks and have the most out-of-the-box tactics.
